Proverbs 29:25

“Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.” Proverbs 29:25

Father, too often other people’s opinions of me have mattered too much. I have feared people’s disapproval. My choices were driven by fear of people instead of trust in You. I’m sorry. Help me to trust You today – one choice at a time. And thank You that trusting You keeps me safe.  Amen.
